Pro Nails

Wait time was quick. I love my nails, I even got a massage after! I also brought my 3 soon to be 4 year old daughter to get her nails done too. I wish I got the nail tech’s name, but she did wonderful! My daughter said her nails were her favorite thing about today.Service: Manicure

Well, we’re to begin…. I love the results, not so much the methods. But I didn’t say anything because I figured it was “part of”…. After getting home I figured it didn’t have to be. I was helped by Kim for refills of dip nails. Ended up with cuts on the edges of my nails above cuticles from the nail dremel. I think she was in a hurry or perhaps needed a magnifier lense to see the limit between nail and flesh. I’m sore one day later and haven’t in other places/times doing my nails. You can see the scabs near the cuticles on these three fingers. I also have some on the inside of my thumb….

Horible communication whatsoever! I came in today clearly told them what I needed to be done, full set French long fake nail gel applied. Spend 30 minutes there only to realize they are applying clear regular polish on my nails until I stoped them and said wait a minute this is not what I agree to pay for. I was on a tight schedule had to leave to wasilla. This was complete waste of time. Im shocked how that happend! Absolutly horrible communication. I end up leaving after all that wasted time. And as a business they only Said they can only apologize for what happend but won't give me any discount next time to compensate about what had happend. I will never come to this place ever again. note for thought. if you ever think of coming here. Make sure to communicate what you need multiple times and double check with them that way they get ur order straight. Such a shame.

Took my daughter for two pedicures- was the only place in town available for a walk in on a Saturday! The service was great. The ladies were very kind. Reasonably priced, no extras added after the fact. My feet were TERRIBLE and they really took care of them, made them super soft and pretty. Would totally recommend for a pedicure, anytime.

My answer is going to be a bit complicated, but here it is. The lady who did my gel nails which I believe was the owner did an amazing job. I can I even say flawless. Now for my 14 yr old daughter it was more of a "not coming back here again" kind of experience. My daughter is shy, so ofcourse she didn't say anything until we were heading to the car. Tears were rolling down her cheeks. She showed me the problem. So ofcourse we went back inside, explained the situation. Only to be told that her nails were perfect, and that they were busy so they couldn't fix the nails for her. You be the judges to "her perfect lavender nails." I'm not one to complain, but when it has my daughter in tears, paid a good amount, and they say we are wrong. That is upsetting.

I’m sad to say that I was disappointed in this salon. I had been once before many years ago and loved it, but now, for the price and service you can easily find a better experience. I came to get my nails done for a special occasion. It was stressful getting asked multiple times how I wanted my nails, since I had already brought in an inspiration photo showing exactly the shape and color. After showing this picture then more to reinforce and hope there wouldn’t be a miscommunication the shape was still not what I wanted. I felt guilty having to ask again for what I wanted when she started shaping them, and I tried to be as polite as possible. However, I noticed that I ended up being the only one at the manicure tables who did not get a back/neck massage. It was not a busy time, and I paid for the most expensive manicure option dip, so I do not know why I did not receive the same service as every other customer present. I recommend trying somewhere else.

I had the $60 lavender pedi, which was wonderful. I have an injured ankle and she did a very long, gentle snd healing foot massage. When it was time to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. They didn’t raise a stink, just allowed me to return later to pay. I then added a gel manicure, which was also very relaxing and well done. My abused hands and feet look and feel very pampered. I will be back! Services: Pedicure

Made an appointment 4 hours in advance. Walked into the establish before the time of my appointment. 4 individuals that were walk ins were helped before me after the time of my appointment. What is the point in having a appointment option if I have to wait for the service? I was not acknowledged or asked what I was there for, after walking in, until 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time. This is unacceptable as a customer and a complete waste of my time to specifically schedule services for a certain time just to not be honored. If I could rate the customer service for the man who greeted me I would rate this zero stars. Nail tech on the other hand was very nice and did an amazing job on my toes. Solution: Honor your appointments! Or remove the option.Service: Pedicure

I have been coming here for years but every time I make an appointment, they honor walk-ins first. I have seen this happen numerous times, and it didn’t change when they changed locations. They do great work, but don’t waste your time with an appointment. Just walk in, you will be seated sooner. I have been waiting for an hour to get a pedicure, as I make this review. Also, they do terrible dip polish, I only come here for pedicures. But I believe today will be my last time coming.Service: Pedicure
