If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people were sent to me through my Home Depot warranty. My stove's burners stopped working so they sent someone to assess. They ordered the part needed, I was told that the technician would come between 2-4, the agent called me at 11:30a to say he was on his way. My husband had to reschedule a medical appointment to accommodate the last minute change. When I got home from work that evening, I noticed the box that the replacement part came in on my counter and right next to it there was a silver piece that I did not know where it came from. Come to realize that when the technician moved my stove, he pushed it up too close to my dishwasher and a piece from the corner of my dishwasher handle was broken off and he just left it on the counter and said nothing to my husband. My husband didn't even know until I got home. I texted the technician on the number he called me from and sent him pictures, and his response, "No I didn't". Now I have to somehow repair the damage that he did. Very unprofessional, I would NOT recommend this company at all.
If i could rate them zero would still be too high of a rating. steer clear, absolute worst, bad attitude there is nothing quality about their service extremely unprofessional calling them like pulling teeth, no reply. this supposed service provider - outsourced thru assurant was a total waste of my time. they no show and do not even extend a courtesy call, they behave like you owe them something, they should be grateful if they have customers. technicians do not know what they are doing let alone fix an appliance. stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fair warning. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They were chosen by Target through their extended warranty plan. First the lady screwed up my appointment. Told me it was between 2pm-4pm, I went to work that morning and received a call from the tech a little after 10am telling me he was downstairs and needed to get in. When I called the company the person that answered told me the appointment shows 10-2 in their system. Fortunately the tech was able to come back after 2. Unfortunately they did absolutely nothing. Turned on the ac and told me it was a Freon problem and another tech would have to come out to fix it. I informed them the unit worked but did not blow cool air. As appliance repair experts shouldn't that have given them a clue what the problem may have been. Said he would be here by the end of the week. This was a Tues. The next afternoon I called since I did not receive a call to schedule the other tech. Was told he wouldn't be able to get here until Tues. One whole week! They scheduled appointment between 10-2. It is 3:26 and no show! I even called at 1 to confirm he was still coming since I had not heard anything by then. I was told I would get a call back once she got a hold of the tech. Not a word.
The nightmare is over!! In early March, the washer on our laundry center was not working properly. I called the Service Protection Advantage SPA plan I had and they referred me to Quality Repair, as their service provider for the NY area. On March 16th, they arrived for the appointment in the morning to check my washer. At that time, three parts needed to be ordered. After this appointment, I had seven 7 additional appointments scheduled for this service. Of the seven, Quality Repair was a "No Show" for three appointments and cancelled the final appointment for not having the correct part. When I would call about appointments, they would tell me "I am on the list". After the cancelled appointment, I filled a complaint with the NY BBB on June 11th. This was 13 weeks after the original appointment, and the washer still was not working. Since filling the complaint, I never did hear back from Quality Repair. I was able to work with the SPA claims department to have my issue resolved as the "part" was not available and the washer was deemed un-repairable. I would not recommend Quality Repair to anyone that I know.
Horrible Company!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional and rude. If you ask too many questions the representative will hang up the phone on you. Company will not provide a confirmation date of your appointment, they expect you to be on-call. Walmart states the company is J&H Refrigeration but when you call the 888 number provided the answering machine says Quality Repair. I would DEFINITELY not recommend!!!!!!!
I had service person come out to look at my #whirlpool fridge on August 19th, 2015. They said that they would be back that Friday or Monday. It is now Friday September 4th, 2015 and they are not answering their phone. I have called before and the person who answers the phone is nasty and rude. She has basically told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. And that there is nothing that can be done the parts take 7-10 business days and when they get in they will notify me. I am still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never showed for the first appointment. Did not understand the concept that co-ops in buildings require workers to be outrof the building by 4pm. waiting right now for my second appointment. They have 30 mins left to get here. Good luck getting them on the phone. Incompetent service.
DO NOT USE THEM EVER ! I put one star because the website would not allow me to put none ! They were referred to me from my retailer and I got my washing machine repaired from them- 400$ - they were already hard to reach and the technician stood me up once - A couple of months later the machine broke down again- I called to get the technician to come back to check on the machine as he should be it is not normal that it breaks down again after a couple of months ! and it is now the 4th time the guy did not show up ! On top of that they are totally unreachable now- I have been trying to call every day for 2 weeks now after the technician stood me up again and no one has been picking up- no answering machine- nothing ! they are very unprofessional- they don't care-they are expensive and unreliable- the worst worst place I have had to deal with in my entire life- I don't even understand how my retailer could refer this company to me ! it is the worst service company I have ever had to deal with ! it should not be in business ! they rip people off !
