I had an issue regarding miscommunications and billing over a prescription item but Carissa was very good in handling and taking care of the issue when she was made aware of it.

The people at Procare are wonderful.  Often, when I call them, I am cranky over whatever my issue is.  They are always calm and friendly, and they always do their best to solve the issue.  Their "new" location is a bit out of the way for me, but it's a better building.

Terrible service. Overpriced everything. They invoiced me $1350 for $220 worth of formula. Then said the insurance max was $885...still ridiculously over priced. Sent a whole bunch of equipment that wasn’t needed and didn’t even got together.
