ProCare Pool and Spa

We can't say enough good about these guys. They are honest and dependable. They replaced our liner and redid the plumbing expertly. They answered all questions and came when they said they would. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. We have had bad experiences with other local pool places during the past 8 years, so ProCare was a welcome surprise. They could have had us buy a new motor for our pump, but Mr. H fixed it with a simple repair. Now that's integrity! We are so glad to have this company in St. Robert.

Zach and his crew did a great job fitting us in to get are pool project completed. He helped me take a above ground pool and make it look awesome and he even added some creative ideas to help make it look more impressive. They have also been great after the installation on answering any questions and helping me learn how to take care of a pool and even coming out and walking me through certain stages. I will be using Zach and pro care pools on are next one for sure. Thanks Again

Super friendly staff! Opened my pool very quickly. The water was crystal clear and ready to swim when they left. Will use again!

Delayed the job twice (after paying in advance) when a tech finally came to do the job he said and I quote "I don't know why they sent me, I have never done this kind of job before" what was the job? To clean, refill, ph balance, and chlorinate my hot tub. The tech literally turned the jets on for 15 minutes, drained it, put the garden hose in it, and called it a day

I saw a complaint about them, and I decided to look them up myself. Customer service is a MUST for me. By the responses to a couple of reviews.. I have to say, I am pleased I've never done business with them. Unprofessional and degrading behavior.
