Would not suggest working with this firm. If the owner promises you anything, get it in writing. He will go back on his word over and over again. Project never met deadline and the owner kept pushing back when they would be able to provide a document set. I would suggest looking into other firms in Omaha before hiring this one.

I suggest visiting this office to see their workspace. Then go visit other architecture firms to compare. You will see that this office is outdated, dirty and overly cluttered with stacks of trash, old computer, telephones and paper. It could use a thorough cleaning and fresh paint. Also don't drink the coffee!

Working with Bill on a construction project right now, I can say for a fact they are an outstanding firm.

The team from Prochaska and Assoc. was on top of many of the issues and were willing to work with the owners on our project.

I agree with the previous review. Speaking from personal experience, the owner is dishonest and untrustworthy.
