I have owned a pool for 5 years, and this past winter 2015 is the first time I had Proclean Pool Service close my pool. The company I had used for the 4 years prior, had a family emergency and was not able to close my pool when I needed it closed. I just had my original company come and open my pool for the 2016 pool year, and I am VERY disappointed in what I have found out. Proclean Pool Service did not correctly close down my pool and now I am definitely paying for it. The water wasn't blown out of the system correctly, the pool wasn't plugged correctly, etc. My pool company said to me, "If I didn't know any better, I would have thought you tried to close the pool on your own." I attempted to call Proclean to explain to them the problems and Nevell just denied, denied, and denied, and refused to do anything to make it right. He actually hung up on me while I was trying to explain the issues. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional, don't know what they are doing, and when confronted, refuse to make it right.
STAY AWAY ! Nevile, the owner, came out to fix my pool heater and install a saltwater system for a total of $1325. He did not fix the heater, and did a faulty install on the salt system. In fact the fitting where he installed the salt cell leaked and finally blew completely out causing the water to leak out of my pool ! As to my heater, he claimed to have cleaned it out and in fact he did not. He tried to sell me a new heater or replace burners. I ended up cleaning it out myself and found 6 of the gas orifices to have never been cleaned out ! The heater now works fine. He will gladly take your money and then will not return calls or texts when there is a problem due to his lack of knowledge and poor workmanship-- STAY AWAY- This guy is a Ripoff ! I wish I could give Nevell and his "business" less than a 1-star. Came out last fall to winterize my pool. Left loads of leaves sitting in the deep end. Came back out this spring to open it for me. After removing all of the water from the tarp covering the pool he did a half-ass job of vacuum all the leaves he left behind from the prior fall. He put a few chemicals and said he wld be back in a week to finish the job once all the algae and stuff settled to the bottom. He was quick to return the next day to pick up his check, but that was the last we heard of him! For over a month both my wife and I called, sent text messages and emailed him to try and get him out to finish the job we had already paid him to finish. We even attempted to contact via his website and business Facebook page. Nothing! We are very frustrated and disappointed. What type of business leaves his customer high and dry? We would not recommended Proclean at all. Nevell isn't running a business, he's running a hustle. I have reported him and his "business" to the Better Business Bureau and recommend others that have been hustled to do the same.
Beware of the company. The company came out to do a pool closing, which went well. Opened the pool this spring and a pipe was broken underground due to inadequate winterization. Called, and the owner responded, and set an appointment to come out. Needless to say, did not come out. Now wont return calls. You pay to have your pool prepped for winter, so nothing breaks, but if it does, go with a company that will stand behind it. I have dealt with many pool companies, some reputable, some gypsy's. Sure you may save a bit going with him, but if its wrong, or he messes something up, he will not stand behind his work. This will end up costing you more money. Very disappointed, and want to warn everyone to stay away, and find a different company.
SCAM,SCAM,SCAM, Paid Neville to install a salt cell and he installed it BACKWARDS ! Had to have someone else come out and install it correctly and it still doesn't work because of a faulty sensor box We also paid him to paint our concrete pool and he left it drained for so long the pool shifted and is tilted to one side where now the water doesn't flow the way it should into the skimmer HOW IS HE STILL IN BUSINESS?! he stopped answering our calls and texts and only answered after calling him from a different number. Haven't seen or heard from him since. STAY AWAY!
Beware!! This is a scam! Nevell charged me 700$ for cleaning my pool, did some of the job and then disappeared with my money, leaving my pool very dirty! He does not take credit cards and demands you'd pay him in advance, I should have known. Don't make the same mistake, STAY AWAY!
Nevell & ProClean Pools are the best! My pool was serviced by several other companies with no success of getting it back clear! I called ProClean Pools & my pool was clear in 3 days! I recommend him to everyone! Thanks Nevell!
This company has been closing my pool and neighbors for 3 years now and we never had any problems. I must say they are very dependable, knows everything about pools and charge a flat rate not hourly.
First he skimmer broke said I needed a new filter I've used it for years.then it needed sand i payed him for that he just wanted to sale he put on a used motor said it had a year warranty never received a copy of warranty then I couldn't reach him I would said I would never trust or use him at all
Great job replastering one of our properties pool and installing all new equipment.
