Not very encouraging . Probably good for adult. I didn't really like it personally. My kid is 5 year old and he is little behind than other of following direction so didn't encourage us to stay n continue. So moving to next one until find right one for him.

My daughter and I attended a Muai Thai class - neither one of us has ANY experience, and we both really enjoyed it! The instructor was very kind and knowledgeable and when I initially called, I talked to Justin. He was very helpful over the phone and very polite. We will definitely be back!

A gym that is trustworthy and professional. As someone who started with BJJ at Prodigy I can honestly say all abilities will feel very welcomed and coached. A gym I guarantee is worth, at the very least, visiting!
