My experience with "PRC" was informative and pleasant as a call like this could be. It is never fun hearing from a collector like this, but they went above and beyond to help me figure out why they were calling. Bottom line if someone like this is calling then something needs to be looked into/fixed so I wanted to get to the bottom of it, which they helped me with. I applaud their professionalism.

I’ve been receiving a phone call a day from a number associated this company typically while I am work so I can’t answer. Yesterday I got a call while I was in lunch and decided to answer to find out why I’ve been getting all these calls. A woman speaking fast with a thick accent asks if I am so and so. I didn’t hear the name due to the way she spoke so I asked “who?”. Instead of repeating she went off taking about something about and listed out some random apartment addresses I had never heard of. I inform her she has the wrong number. Instead of apologizing she says “why did you respond to that name then if your not that person?!” I said “ I didn’t, I asked who because I didn’t understand you” She replies “Oh really?!” Like I’m lying about it and then demands to know when that person will be available. I inform her again that I don’t know that person and hang up since it seems she was just going to badger me. You need to teach your callers how to be professional and at least apologize when you have the wrong number.

Called today and stated my payment was returned, I said to her " there is no way" she stated "I have a lot of people say this but it was returned as NSF." I stated "mam I deposited my check Friday and I had a balance plus savings to more than cover the $100 agreed to amount." She stated " it was returned NSF." I asked " are you calling me a lair?" She said " I am not going to debate this with you, you owe 500 and I canceling the agreement and have a good day." I called my bank and confirmed that there was funds in the account the whole weekend to cover such a transaction. There was more than enough and they did not show even an attempt to draw there payment.. So beware of these people they don't keep there end of an agreement.. Strong arm thieves is their business.

I recieved a call and the lady who was speaking to me was referring to my deceased wife. She couldn't confirm who she was or what the business she was referring to. She said it was a personal matter and couldn't be discussed with anyone but her spouse which I am, then when I did tell her I was her spouse she said can you confirm her social I said no. Then proceed to try and get money from me saying I could pay a 1000 dollars today....

This is a SCAM. These are criminals trying to trick people and collect money that they don't even owe.
