Professional School-Bartending

I had such a positive experience at The Professional School of Bartending. Sonja was the best instructor I could ask for! She was more than willing to help students and make sure they had a full comprehension of the material given. She found fun and creative ways to help students remember the material and be readily prepared for the final exam. This school also helped me with my job at a liquor store in helping customers pick the best alcohol for their preference. It was definitely worth the money and I would certainly do it again

Loved the teaching style and the environment here! I got to work with a realistic bar setup and even when I had to miss a class, I was able to make it up very easily. The teachers are all very capable and I love that I can come back to practice my bartending anytime, even after I graduate. The classes are small, so it's easier to work with the instructors one on one if needed, and it also fosters a positive environment between classmates, which was lovely to have. Definitely recommend this place!

Not the best place to be! I went in and was very interested in taking classes but here is the problems I seen in my short visit! There was a student taking her test and the instructor was yelling and telling her what she was doing wrong and in a very rude manner! When I called i asked how much to reserve a seat she told me $50 to reserve a seat when I showed up her answer was very different she said I needed $100 to secure my spot! Finally the place is very cramped they use sponges for garnishes how am I gonna learn how to cut garnishes with sponges? The ice machine sounded like it was struggling to stay on and I felt I had to escalate my volume so she could hear me! This just isn't the place for me! The other school in Johnston was very welcoming and spacious so I chose them! Just a heads up for anyone looking to further their career I don't think this is a good spot! Don't believe me go check it out for yourself!

This school is excellent for getting started down the path of bartending. The lessons paired with hands on experience are valuable to learning all of the essentials. The instructors are very knowledgeable, fun, and passionate about the subject matter. I would recommend this school to anybody who is considering becoming a bartender.

Took the day class for one week, and I learned so much. Everything from recipes to free double pouring to being a responsible bartender. It was a great experience and fun atmosphere. The staff is also amazing. Sonja is a fantastic instructor with clear experience and tons of tips that will help us in our jobs. Big thank you to them!!
