WOW Great price and it tasted amazing. Definitely in the top 3 pastas I've ever had. The line cook was insanely friendly. One of the most professional guys I've had make my food. Amazing customer service. That guy needs a raise. His name is Vinh. A salad was $3 and it was a pretty big size. So happy I came here
Small, cozy restaurant with a layout very similar to a Subway. Can eat in or take out. You can order one of their pre-designed bowls, or create your own; similar to a Subway or poke house system of ordering. Bowls don't look very big, but are actually very filling and satisfying.
I love pasta and this is simply a Great idea for it. If not for the no carbs diet i would come here every day.. the salad bar reminds me of subway a little bit which is cool. but you could right away notice that the quality is way better. The pasta here is top level.
Great portion regarding the price, a good place if u want a decent and cheap pasta. The only thing for me is that the marinara sauce is not sour enough, but still good tho
"Pasta bowl" lunch bars are popping up with a lot of frequency, and I wasn't looking for pasta. Still, the name of the eatery and the reasonable prices hooked me. Bowls range $7-$10, and the range of ingredients from which to choose is impressive, I thought: 3 types of pasta, a good variety of vegetable ingredients, and protein: bacon, turkey or beef meatballs, chicken breast, Andouille sausage...and marinara or Alfredo sauces with or without pesto, or "marinara creamy" sauce. All freshly cooked. The amount of pasta relative to the protein and veggies was great: I ended up with veggies and meat after my pasta was gone ...in other such places they pile on the pasta with little room for the "good stuff." Not here. We all ordered the 2 protein bowl that comes with as many veggies as you want to pile on. Each bowl was well seasoned, and more than enough for lunch and I'm not a small eater.
Kind of like your chipotle model for pasta. Food came out decent and it's great for a quick, no fuss lunch or dinner. You can ensure a balanced meal with veggies and meat...but then again, you could probably also cook something similar at home. My favorite ingredients were the artichoke hearts though some of the leaves were too fibrous to be chewed and roasted garlic cloves! P.S. They don't have pineapple as an ingredient anymore and the red pesto sauce is the same as marinara sauce :/
This is my go to pasta place. Never disappointed. Solid fresh pasta sauce and even top it with fresh parsley and cheese. I recommend the Alfredo sauce with spaghetti noodles and roasted chicken. Check this place out. Tell your friends. It's one of those places that's always a hit in the "it's your turn to pick dinner" situations.
I like this new trend of customized food restaurants, Pieology, Mod Pizza. Here you choose your pasta and then what sauce, toppings and meat you want. I went with bowtie pasta, with red pesto, pesto mixed with marinara and chicken. Unfortunately the roasted chicken they offer is thigh meat so I got the plain chicken breast. At first I wasn't too impressed with the place because it looked like they just add toppings and sauce to your pasta and there you go. Looked like a pasta version of Subway. But after they assemble your plate they take it over to a stove and sautee all the ingredients together. My dish ended up being delicious! I highly recommend this place.
It's a new Chipotle-style pasta restaurant! A fresh pasta dish made right in front of you to your liking! The pasta is cooked at the beginning of the day, but the rest of the ingredients veggies, sauce, herbs are added per your request.
Like a sub shop with pasta. You get a small bowl of precooked pasta, add the veggies and protein you want, and select a sauce. They then throw it all in a frying pan for you and cook it up together before handing it back to you. Portions are OK, but somewhat on the small size for what you pay. The veggies could have used more options, and weren't the freshest. I didn't try the protein options, but it would have been nice to have a veggie choice there as well.
