Murielle, Derek, and Tom make the best team ever! I never thought I would be so inclined to leave a glowing review, but these three really made my day. They helped my friend and me feel less nervous, more welcome and supported in so many ways on this incredibly stressful day. Their smiles, professional demeanor, and quick responses when new whiteboard laminated papers were needed were so appreciated. I genuinely cannot thank them enough for their diligence. All three of them deserve raises and huge hugs I wholeheartedly recommend this prometric testing center. Special shout-out to Murielle!
Such a great experience at Prometric North Station. I encountered at least 4 different staff members while I was there and each of them were friendly, helpful and encouraging. Quick, easy check-in process and got to start my exam a little early. The facility itself is newer and very clean. Because of Covid, staff were constantly but quietly coming into the test room to clean stations. I walked into the building a huge ball of nerves but the atmosphere really helped calm me down. I hope I don't have to re-take my exam but if I do I will definitely try to reschedule it here. Thanks!
Friendly staff made testing as stress free as possible. Easy to get to via public transportation. Just half a block from north station. Quiet location.
I really hate to give such a bad review because the staff in the check-in area were all very friendly and helpful but the man working in the testing rooms to re-set people’s stations had such bad BO that it made me sick. Even with wearing two masks writing this during Covid, the smell was unbearable. I know that he was cleaning people’s stations but he seemed to also just be walking around in there, maybe checking to make sure no one was cheating, but whatever he was doing they need to find someone else to perform those duties or kindly require him to put on deodorant before he returns to work. It was so bad that on my break when I went to the bathroom I knew he was in the bathroom because the entire hallway smelled. Just absolutely unacceptable for a place where people are paying hundreds of dollars to take tests that they’ve spent hours studying for. If I could have got up and left mid test I would have to escape the smell. He and another man who worked there were also just hanging out outside of the testing room audibly chatting and with their masks off. They then ordered food so the room smelled like Italian BO.
Took the MCAT here the test is 7.5 hours long. Staff are friendly and helpful, they definitely made my stressful day more manageable. I recommend bringing a light sweater/sweatshirt as the room temperature in the testing center is fairly cold. Another thing I liked was that I had Bose QuietComfort 15 noise cancelling headphones at my cubicle.
The male at this location attendant which didn’t have a tag name is very rude and has a very poor social ability. He didn’t take any time to explain to me the rules nor to listen to my concern or questions that I had.
I won' t even want to remind the treatment what I received in this toefl test place. One of the staffs need to learn how to respect people and their religions. I may not do very well in learning English, but I know which behavior means rude. Forcing me to show up my amulet, and showing her mocking face. I have to say: you are "good". I arrived there on time with other people, then I felt uncomfortable so I went to the restroom, but she was just rude to me. I'm considering if I need to report your behavior to the ETS. I know you might think you wouldn't be influenced by that. You should try, because I will. Also I'm wondering if I have different religions and my skin is different color, will you still act like that? Will you show your mocking face againI couldn't focus on my test after that happened. Suggest everyone not to go there to take the test. I didn't say any mean words because I'm a good person which is so different from you. Mocking face, interesting. Now I remind more details, and I'm sure I will report you to the ETS. You so wanted to ruin my test that day and you knew how to do that. You are really awful. You should pay for that. Moreover, I will tell everyone who I know: do not take the toefl test in the prometric. That rude stuff's behavior has negative effect on my test. I hate her.
Prometric is an Awesome place to work, great environment. Easy work by helping Customers to come and do their tests. I work their as a Wonoloer. I love it.
Great testing center. Very friendly staff No noise distractions or constructions audible in testing room although construction ongoing on Causeway street and North Station as at August 2017 Head canceling headsets No computer malfunctions
The gentleman attendant this location is very rude and has very poor social and communication. He didn’t take any time to explain to me the rules nor to listen to my concern or questions that I had. Stay away from this location.
