The people working here were extremely friendly and welcoming and did a deal of work to settle everyone's nerves prior to taking their tests. The testing center itself had noise canceling headphones which made taking the test as painless as possible.
These staff were fabulous 3 black women and one older white man. They were so quick, efficient, and kind. They were giving encouraging messages at every break. They were polite, professional, and kept the place so quiet that it was a great test environment. I wish I could take all of my future exams here! I highly recommend this center for any important examination. They were amazing, in stark contrast to the Prometric in Albany, NY where they were noisy and rude!.
Wonderful testing site - they made the whole process easy and are a super friendly and kind group! Couldn’t recommend it more highly for test takers - both kids and adults!
I wish I could rate this center 10 stars.:The staff here were very nice. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, nice and supportive. When we were checking in, she greeted us and knew my son was nervous, she did a fantastic job encouraging my son and calming him down. The monitoring person was also nice and friendly to my son. My son was confident and less nervous when he stepped into the test room. The testing area is clean and quiet. They did a very good job of keeping people socially distanced. Overall, my son had a very pleasant experience here. Thank you!
It feels weird rating a testing center but this place deserves 5 stars. First off the woman at the front desk is extremely friendly and encouraging. Other staff there were friendly and efficient too. They provide lockers for you to keep valuables while you are testing as you cannot bring anything into the room except a pen, ID, and locker key. They were also mindful of social distancing, there were not many others testing and we were all spaced a couple seats apart with dividers between all of the computer stations. It was very quiet in the testing room and they provide noise cancelling head phones to use. I was surprised that the testing was as pleasant as it was considering the general Prometric phone line/ customer service is such a disaster.
I've been to three test centers so far around the U.S. and this one is definitely on the top of the list. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable: I had a question about the process of reporting my scores specifically for the GRE and they knew it right away, while I didn't expect them to know the process so well. Noise was not an issue I faced since there were noise isolating headphones and you can bring your ear plugs. Special shout out to Temicia at the front desk! She was so freindly and warm and I really appreciated having someone so bright and encouraging ahead of a stressful test.
I had a great experience taking my DAT here. There is a parking garage right behind the testing center, current price is $3 / hour with no limit so I had no issue leaving my car for about 7 hours. Staff were very friendly and extremely conscious of social distancing guidelines, and all wore masks. In light of COVID, the center operated at half capacity which made me feel much more safe. Do not forget to bring your own ear plugs though, as they are not provided. The woman at the front desk who greeted me and checked me in was AMAZING -- she could tell that everyone coming in for an exam was nervous as hell and she did an awesome job helping to calm all of our nerves and support us despite the fact that we were all clearly terrified. Will absolutely try to book this location again for my next professional testing experience.
The place is always busy so I had to wait outside for my turn to checkin. There was this one employee taking photos before you enter into the classroom who sat far away from the lobby but monitoring the exact time I entered the door 4 min late since I waited outside and blamed me for every minute I took for checkin, lockers, security check and restrooms. If you are taking exams here, make sure you can step IN their door on time and mind your time for lockers/restrooms even if you already checked in.
Before taking my USMLE exam in this center I read all the negative reviews about this place and was pretty worried. However my experience was quite the opposite. The staff were very friendly and at the same time professional, and they were always trying to make the check in and check out process as quick as possible. As for noise, I brought my own earplugs and didn’t experience any problems in that regard. Overall, it’s a good test center and I wouldn’t worry about anything. Good luck on your tests
I will give negative infinity stars if possible. The staff FORGOT to give my cube the noise cancelling headphones while almost everyone else had one. Why is this important? They also put people who were taking open book test in the same room with people who were taking closed-book exams so prepare for a feast of LOUD, NONSTOP shuffling and flipping that will basically drive you insane. In my case the situation was exacerbated because THEY JUST FORGOT TO GIVE ME NOISE-CANCELING HEADPHONES. The staff should be ashamed of their unprofessional behavior and I would recommend avoid this test center at all cost.
