Proof of the Pudding was a recommended vendor by our venue. They were also highly recommended by friends and family. We were not disappointed! Janice and her team provided white glove service from menu design, to a tasting at their wonderful office to implementation and service at the wedding. We were pleased with every selection and guests really enjoyed the dinner. Some even said it was the best food they have had at a wedding. The service staff was second to none and helped pull off the day of with no issues whatsoever. We would highly recommend Proof of the Pudding for anyone seeking a wedding caterer. Sarah and Patrick

Proof of the Pudding made my wedding absolutely spectacular. The planning process was a breeze with their expert staff guiding me along the way. I felt like a true VIP during the entire process. At my wedding the food was outstanding and my guests are still raving about it! Our VIP server took care of us all night making sure we never had a moment without a beverage and they made sure we actually ate during the reception which most brides and grooms don't get a chance to do. I cannot recommend Proof of the Pudding enough!!!!!!!

Im a wedding photographer and they were catering an event I was working, from how detailed they organized the silverware and tables, to how they noticed one of the videographers was vegan and gluten free and made a whole new meal for her! The waiters were super friendly and funny. Just 10/10. I’ve heard of them before and they live up to the hype. The presentation of the food is beautiful, and it’s delicious. Hire them!!!

I've used Proof of the Pudding for an annual event for 25 years now and I can honestly say, I wouldn't have made it past the first one without Proof of the Pudding! From the planning stages to the clean-up after the event, the folks at Proof are constantly professional and friendly in the care of me and my guests! Proof of the Pudding provides a world-class menu that can be as traditional or as innovative as you desire and most importantly, everything looks and tastes great!

I went to a panic at the disco concert where drinks were pretty expensive. The upstairs staff was friendly and and fun however there was an rude man running the bar on the floor level on the left hand side who demanded a tip for doing nothing other than pouring a beer in a cup. I can understand tipping if you made a mixed drink. But demanding a tip for a pouring a beer thats already $11 is ridiculous and rude to ask for tips are optional not required. I think you guys should mention this to your employees so that he doesn't do this again. Again he was on the floor level on the left side running the leftside of the bar bald with a grey mustache kinda stocky didn't catch his name but I expect more from something like this.

I used Proof of the Pudding at Infinite Energy Center for my wedding and their food, customer service and presentation blew me and my guests away. My account rep, Candice, crossed every "T" and dotted every "I" without me even having to ask. I was amazed at her willingness to go above and beyond to make our wedding day flawless. She made great menu suggestions and her expertise really helped me I had never planned a big event on my own before. I especially appreciated the special picnic basket that was created for my husband and I to take with us after the reception. The bartenders and attendants during my reception were professional and courteous. I heard rave reviews from my guests about the food, ice cream sundae bar, serving stations and presentation. Proof of the Pudding will not disappoint and I will not hesitate to use them again.
