The lady on the phone was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. i would give her -5 stars if I could. she has no business in customer service

The website shows that the downtown office is open and unfortunately they aren't. I parked and had to pay $6 just to find out that they are closed. I'm writing this review while in a line at the College Park location with over 50 people in a line outside. Brace yourself for a 2.5 hour wait.

I called before I arrived at this location. They stated that I could come in and receive my tag, but did NOT specify which locations are open or closed to the public. On the website it says that this location is open. This is a waste of time and money!!

Surprisingly easy and quick with a lot of effort put into social distancing by them.

Nobody answers the phone in a timely manner...

Very fast and friendly service. Easy parking on the street next to the building. Even though I showed up only 15 mins before they closed, the front desk person was very nice and fast. Rachel Starkey helped me and answered all my questions and got me in and out in literally 7 minutes. What a relief!

I’m absolutely appalled that our Governor has opened the state’s economy and the tag office is still not opened. What are my tax dollars for?
