Prospect On Central

New management took away the wifi and turned off ac in the gym, and has generally inconvenienced residents all around. Picture is a view from the gym. Package room needs a code for each package which carriers don't have time for so I'm constantly having to wait days after packages are delivered to pick them up because office hours are so sporadic. They don't pay to shovel the walkway anymore and they replaced the best maintenance guy I've had. The apartments are so dark I can barley see in the shower or kitchen, and the hallways are so dim that on sunny days I need to stop once I'm outside to let my eyes adjust. There is no ventilation over the stove for cooking and the vent in the bathroom only partially works. The garage door is vinyl/canvas and has been cut open FOUR times see picture. The storage lockers have been broken into and people's property stolen. Good price for the area but I suspect that will change now that the carpets have been replaced and they painted.

I have only lived here for a couple of months, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment building. It is always very clean and well kept. The view of Denver is incredible, and it is in a perfect location in Lohi. There are tons of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff that work in the office are also very nice and very helpful. Really easy to get ahold of them when needed. I have loved living here.

I've been living at The Prospect on Central for the past 6 months and it's been the best apartment experience I've ever had and that's saying a lot since I've moved 5x to different cities around the US for my job. Not only is the apartment manager, Angela, prompt at responding to maintence requests, but also she's really great at planning fun happy hours almost every week to get to know the other residents and make the transition of moving to a new city easier! The apartments are clean, the closets are a DREAM and the location couldn't be better. I'm so glad I ended up at The Prospect on Central!!

I wrote a review on apartment ratings when I first signed my lease, and I wanted to write a follow-up review because living here has been absolutely great. It's in a fabulous location in the heart of LoHi. It's within walking distance to bars, restaurants and downtown area. The property is clean, it has great amenities and a helpful staff that truly cares to make your living experience the best that they can. I've never had any issues or problems; I definitely recommend living here.

I have lived at Prospect for almost a year and this place is pretty awesome. The location is amazing, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, any issues are always taken care of quickly. They also do a lot of nice things for residents, I have been given a few gift cards to Central Bistro and Bar, and every Wednesday they have free appetizers and wine up in the clubhouse so residents can meet and mingle, which has been a great way to meet new people. I renewed my lease for another year. If you ask me, for this location, neighborhood the prices are more than reasonable

I have lived at the Prospect on Central for over 18 months and I have nothing but high praise for the management and operations of the building. Every request and/or issue is handled extremely promptly and furthermore, it is done with a big smile which is awesome. You can not beat this location and the friendly ambiance provided by both management and fellow residents. I highly recommend this option to anyone looking for the perfect Lower Highlands apartment!

I have lived here for over a year now and can't say enough good things about the complex. The location can't be beat right in the heart of LoHi. The amenities are A+ and the building and common areas are always well-kept. The gym and hot tub are always available for use and the staff is professional and responsive. I thoroughly enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone!

I have lived here for over 2 years and love it! The location is central to downtown and highlands. You can walk to baseball and hockey games. They are very pet friendly. They also have monthly happy hour to help you meet other residents. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to live in Denver!

At the beginning of 2014 I felt this way:: We love living at Prospect on Central! It is the easiest place we have ever lived. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, sporting events 20-25 mins from Sports Authority, Pepsi, and Coors. There is a restaurant/bar Central Bistro in the building where each tenant receives a 15% discount. The staff at Central Bistro is very friendly, they have great food and drink. The building itself was really well designed. The gym is perfect with top of the line equipment, open 24/7. Trash shoots, recycling, parking, and bicycle storage. It is a safe community, there is surveillance in all of the common areas and all outside doors lock behind you for peace of mind. Since everything is in one building, the gym, trash, etc. it makes it feel safe. The property management at Prospect is organized, informative, and friendly. If you ever have a concern or help with anything they are there to assist. We are so happy and proud to live at Prospect on Central in LoHi!

We have lived in Prospect on Central since May 2013, and I have never lived in an apartment building that I hve enjoyed this much. Whether it be the amazing ammenities, including a coutyard complete with couches, tables and a grill or the amazing workout facilities, or the fantastic management staff, Prospect has made living so much easier and enjoyable! The building and surrounding areas are always well maintained and clean! I would highly recommend to anyone that they live in Prospect on Central!
