Would give no stars if possible. Service was canceled over 4 weeks ago on fire monitoring yet here I am getting calls at 3 am because they didn't receive a test signal. They are working harder at harassing me than they ever did at servicing the account. Plenty of better options out there. Buyer beware.

This company is a joke!! I routinely wait 10-15 minutes for a call after my alarm goes off. And sometimes they don't call at all!! Take your cash & flush it down the toilet. You'll feel less aggravated!
