A great professional company!

They have sent two techs out to my house who say it’s normal for my ac to run non stop and can’t get below 74 even at night in a new built house ???? Never had the problem for almost 2 years this just started they might be good at putting in new units but not at service work

I am an annual subscriber with Protex or I was. Then 4 out of the last 5 appointments that I made to address a particular issue they didn't show up during the 4 hour time window and didn't call. I cancelled my "subscription".

i have been dealing with this company for two weeks and still no progress. I have a brand new home and my heat has not been fixed since!!!!!! it is a very stressful situation. I would love for them to listen to me and fix this
