Let me just start by saying my wife & I are probably the best type of customer a company could have, we both work a lot so hardly home. We set up autopay on our C.C. so this place could just bill us after each service...you know keep it simple. We place our faith & trust with this company after a great 1st impression. They may "impress" in the beginning & downhill from there. Used this company for over 2 years. Great in the beginning, good attention to detail....but slowly over time the service started to "miss" things here & there. There is no consistency to their service, nor who shows up at your home. The best thing I did was to put a few cameras up & see what really went down when they came. Pretty sad to say the least..... I had suspected that the Pro's were not doing what they said, but the video doesn't lie. I watched as they "claimed" to clean my home by not vacuuming 3 rooms, not cleaning my kitchen floor, shutting the door to my daughters room & not touching it, rinsing off some dishes in the kitchen sink & claiming they "washed them for me", not bothering to even touch the sink. And to top it off they didn't even leave a note or invoice or anything to let me know they were even in my house, just me wondering..."OK, somebody was here....?" This is where it gets even better, so I call & leave a message for Mark, 3 days go by, so I send an email...2 more days, no response. Finally I called & got Mark. He had nothing to tell me other than they are looking into it..... Oh Sweet!! Thanks man! That's just how fix it. Absolutely not a service to use.
