Very busy! You need to know exactly what you want AND bring ALL necessary documents with you. You will be scanned upon entry to the building. If you are polite and follow all the rules you'll do well. They are very busy and the computer problems don't help. Patience is the key word. They are there to help...have a great day!

Crazy congested building. It was my first time going there it what an experience. Interesting individuals to put it politely. The woman whom had helped me, started off not so friendly, but I killed her with kindness. I understand these jobs are stressful and dealing with the public isn't always easy. She ended up actually being nice to me and cracked a smile!! Only downside is while waiting in line you literally have people on to of you:/ I had my newborn with me bc unfortunately didn't have a babysitter and the women behind me bumped into me 15 times! Wish there was a slightly different set up for line's. Like maybe you take a number and only come up when they call your number. Just like when you go to the deli. Overall I guess it wasn't too too bad just don't bring kids if you can avoid, not a place for them at all.

Though their system has improved slightly, it's not really much better. Still too much waiting, never seems to be enough help. Still too much being done on paper - it's 2018, they should invest in at least recycled post consumer materials. Staff is often crotchety and rude. Not a welcoming place by any means. Nobody likes going here. People go here out of necessity. The workers there should take some courses on compassion and empathy.

Got there about 15 min before it opened and was like 15th in line already...oh well...LINE DID MOVE QUICK...SURPISED. The real wait was to next... Issue was partially resolved...

The worst system ever. Yet the governor thinks the new system it’s working perfectly fine. And the workers are terrible and unprofessional, they treat people as if they’re trash. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. And you call and they would leave you on hold for over 3 hours.
