My visit was in September. The scheduling was convenient. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day when I had a nagging URI with a cough that was making it hard to sleep and making my head hurt. The PA assessed me including listening to my lungs, encouraged drinking fluids, and asked if I needed a letter for work. No testing or medication was ordered, and the provider was in the room with me for 5-10 minutes. I was billed for a new patient level 4 visit, so 45-59 minutes. I called and asked about this and was told it meant the provider would have spent the rest of the time reviewing my chart. While I was at the clinic, it felt like the provider thought my visit was unwarranted, so I expected a bill for a shorter, simpler type of appointment.
Thank you for a wonderful experience today. We booked a same day appointment online. Super friendly and smooth check-in process. My daughter was seen on time and cared for with concern and compassion. Test results were prompt. The prescription was waiting for us at the pharmacy! Will return!
This has become the go-to urgent care establishment of my partner and me. We're a bit of a sickly couple, who's been to our fair share of clinics, and we love the vibe here especially compared to other places. It's amazing how fast and helpful the place is. Dr. Kery White is welcoming and knowledgeable, he's helped us feel better multiple times and led us to whatever treatment we needed in a prompt fashion; both of us have stated that we wish he were our PCP.
Made an appointment for eye discomfort and while the staff was very kind and receptive, they couldn't really do anything for me at that location. They looked at my eye and said it's probably not bacterial, but without more equipment, I'd have to go somewhere else. Would have been nice to know that before I came in as the location they suggested was only 5 minutes from home instead of the 20 minutes out of the way I went to go here. Now I get to give providence my money twice for basically the same visit!
I went and saw then PA Kery today and he was amazing. He listen to my concerns and made me feel heard when it came to the plan of care. What an amazing caregiver!
I went in to get TB skin testing done as part of the requirements for a CNA course I was enrolled in. Scheduling the test and having it administered was relatively painless, however, getting the official documentation afterward was a truly harrowing experience. At the time of my first visit they said they had an issue with their system, and couldn’t produce the documentation I required. Instead, they gave me a post-visit summary and said “if this isn’t enough to meet the requirements for your class, just have them call us”. Well, turns out that’s literally impossible to do. There is no way to directly contact this office, because it turns out they run their communications through what is essentially a call-center, presumably so they don’t have to pay a receptionist making this statement a pure lie designed to get me to leave. Turns out, medical professionals think they are above secretary-duty and become indignant and combative VERY quickly if you need them to do anything outside the scope of caregiving ie, providing relevant, official documents post-care. Therefore, there’s virtually no possible communication with this office- even through this call center they have set up for expressly this reason. So, if you’re like me and you want to call ahead to make sure they’re capable of producing the necessary documents *this* time, you’re out of luck. You’ll have to go in-person and just hope that either: A they have what you need this time, or B they’re not feeling too indignant at having to do secretary-work and aren’t actively trying to dismiss you wether or not they’ve done their jobs to assist you. I found the lack of communication, cohesiveness, and common courtesy to be galling. Avoid going here at all costs.
Easy to schedule, no waiting. Everyone was professional and treated me with respect. Would definitely use this location again.
Dr told me to contact the office to get a refill. When I did they said I had to go in again and pay for the same consultation just to get a $6 refill to be sent in. It also took 2 weeks for them to even reach back to me. Horrible service.
Got an appointment within a few hours of when I needed. Very smooth and easy check in process. Waited less than 5 minutes once I was taken back to a room see the doctor. She listened to my needs and discussed my care plan and options with me. Great place to come to when I couldn’t see my primary care provider.
Recommended by my child's pediatrician for stitches/glue after my 2 year old tripped and hit the bridge of his nose on the coffee table. He had a large gash and was profusely bleeding all over. Upon arriving there are signs reading "appointment only". I told the employee at the front desk I didn't have an appointment, but she said that wouldn't be a problem. After waiting 30 minutes I was then told they have no room to see him and we would have to go to another facility. I understand an appointment was needed, but they didn't have to make us wait for 30 minutes to turn is away, while my son is bleeding all over himself.
