Providence Golf Club

I have been to the Bar Restaurant several times in the last 3 1/2 yrs. The Staff, Food & Prices are wonderful. In the beginning it was wonderful. Adults getting together and having a good time. Recently, there seems to be a lot of kids running around. I was there a few weeks ago, there were kids sitting at the bar, teenage girls yelling in the bathroom and a 8 or 9 yr old boy sleeping on the floor with a blanket. This is not what I consider a pleasant evening out, I will not be going back any time soon!

Temporary green on number 2. Only four greens were decent. Have played here several times. The layout is challenging but hard to play the greens. $14 for sandwich, beer and bag of chips. Busy day four and a half hours for the round. Saw lots of gators and birds.

What a disappointment this golf course is. From tee to green this place needs a massive overhaul. These employees that are leaving rebuttals to the reviews people leave are completely laughable. The greens are garbage. Almost all of them are sprayed green. Chunks throughout all of them. Just an overall nightmare to play. If you do play this joke of a course make sure to stick your approach shot within inches. Otherwise enjoy your three and four putts. Go somewhere else. There are way too many golf courses in Orlando to choose from to have to settle on this dump.

Great course, great food at the bar. Customer service at the clubhouse was absolutely terrible. The guy at the register acted as if he owned the course and didn't want our group to play. I handed him my Amex and he threw it back at me and said we don't accept it. What a douche bag. If it weren't for him and him alone I would give the place 5 stars. However, his terrible attitude won't stop me from playing the course as many times as I possibly can when I visit Florida. Did I mention how good the food was at the bar?

I am giving this place 5 stars for several reasons 1 GPS in carts 2 USB port in carts 3 drinking water all throughout the course. Good fairways, the greens could use some work but it looks like they are trying hard to get them back into good shape. Price was very reasonable $45 after 2:00
