Providence Medical Group - Gateway Internal Medicine

The absolute worst!! do not go here. They will try anything to not test you for covid and will treat you like trash for even attempting to been seen by a Doctor. Providence is good but this location is truly horrible.

Sole review for trying to get in contact with the office via phone. Generally have to wait longer than 20 minutes on hold. No option for call-back. Care seems to be pretty good, but man is it hard to get ahold of the office.

I'm giving this clinic a one star purely on the fact that the wait time on the phone to get an appointment is too unpredictable. I've waited 45 minutes before, sometimes 25, sometimes 40 when it just hangs up on me. I think 15 minutes max should be a fair standard. I know folks are busy but let's be reasonable here!

Dr. Magill in internal medicine/behavioral is less than satisfactory in regards to calendar management and subsequently patient care. If you’re legitimately trying to seek help for ADHD please consider consulting a better, more prepared doctor/clinic.

These people are terrible, Avoid at all costs! Not helpful, no urgency, inept. All the good employees left leaving the worst crew you can imagine. The folks that work there should be ashamed they are so terrible at their jobs. Seriously go elsewhere for quicker care and better customer service.

Front desk staff is rude. They are always overstaffed with 4+ people just sitting there chit chatting while you stand and wait. Faxes never get sent, when you call to let your doctor know a message it is never passed on. Doctors are great, support staff is lacking basic administrative and customer service skills.
