I’ve been trying to meet with my PCP and was asked twice to reschedule and the second time to change my wellness exam visit to a virtual visit the morning of the appointment. The first time the appointment was cancelled day off and I just got a phone call about it. Rescheduled with a totally new PCP so hopefully this one is better.

Long waits everywhere at the plaza, including x-rays. It's especially brutal for seniors and people with disabilities. Even worse was my experience in occupational medicine, where I received minimal care and was later charged thousands for services authorized by my doctor. Shame!

Wonderful staff throughout the whole clinic! From front desk, to MA's to covering providers. Everyone there does a great job of listening and doing their best to make sure that you're taken care of.

The treatment was fine, but the cost is a complete ripoff. They triple and double bill for services that would be easily affordable at clinics like Zoomcare. Steer clear of this facility and Providence Medical Group in general. Total for profit price gouging with little regard to patient affordability. I'll give you a short example of how badly they jack up prices: I had to get stitches at the ER for a cut. They charged me $284 for tetnus shot. The same kind of shot that costs them $15 in bulk and which I could have received at Walgreens for $30. Is it any wonder that the US healthcare system is so bad with prices abuses like this happening?

Dr. Carroll is my primary. He’s amazingly smart, intuitive, and ready to serve the public. Dr. Michael Carroll is the primary care doctor you need.

Easy to access, caring, Doctors listen to what's going on. Billing works smoothly and efficiently with my insurance and if I still have a huge bill they work with me!
