Provo City Offices

Waited over 30 minutes in an empty lobby Then the staff I talked to didn't know how to do a business license! They finally figure it out and then I pull out my card to pay, and the staff tells me I have to pay the card processing fee. This is Provo. With Google fiber. In 2017. Good grief.

Helpful personal that takes time for you. Also professional in their conduct. They are more than willing to answer your questions.

If you have an issue with your bill, do not expect Provo City Power to be any help. Nice customer service team, but poor at helping when it actually counts.

For Provo Power- their customer service is terrible. I couldn't pay our bill (that is listed under my husbands name) without providing his social, date of birth AND amount of the last 3 payments for the month. It was literally easier for me to get into the freaking pentagon when I went to visit in DC than it has been for me to pay this bill. Ridiculous. And when i called back with the pin they told me it didnt matter if i had the pin, they couldn't tell me what was owed because i wasn't him. If they want their bills paid on time, they sure don't make it easy.
