When visiting our Ferndale location Station 515 enter through the BACK of the building, through the door on the far right.

Parking is available behind the building, in our small parking lot. And street parking in front of the building.

If you ever have any issues finding the station, please don't hesitate to call (734)355-8011.

Photos are allowed during class but please NO VIDEO

Please wear comfortable yoga style clothing that covers the backs of your knees.

Men will be most comfortable in a dancer belt or briefs

No buttons, zippers, velcro, belts or other things that may catch or snag on the fabric.

No fake or long nails

Long hair must be tied back.

No Jewelry, especially rings and necklaces

Please no lotion on your hands/arms as it may make gripping more difficult.

Please no heavy perfumes natural or otherwise

We will be bare foot in almost every class

Student please do not teach other students

Absolutely no Jumping off the apparatus at anytime

Scabs and Wounds must be covered with a fabric bandage
