PT Solutions Physical Therapy

Where can I begin! PT Solutions is awesome! I literally came in there limping, and now I am close to being the runner I once was! Spencer Baron, Luke, Nawal, Marco, and Quiet Storm "Phillip", are all great people that took part in making sure I am progressing daily! I am currently receiving care, and I am totally satisfied and happy that I was referred to this place. They definitely watch your progress, and give you exercises based on your progress. This is the only PT place that has done this before. I refer people to come here, and I highly recommend this location in particular to be the place to get your self back to your true form. They can get you there! Not to mention even the front desk receptionists are awesome and nice as well, Breyonna and Karla they are prompt and quick to get you another appt, ASAP! Love this place!! They treat you like family!

The staff was friendly but not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. The exercises I was given weren't very beneficial, and there was little to no cueing. The PT's were even unfamiliar with common exercise names. The deep tissue release/massage was helpful but also just a temporary fix, especially without the proper exercises to follow up. Physical Therapy isn't cheap. I would suggest looking at an office that isn't a chain and will respect your time and money.

Been a customer for years as this place rocks big! Super professional, the place is in new quarters downtown Decatur. I feel treated as family and appreciate the mix of different therapists and different types of exercises. Just as you’re thinking “how could you get a better therapist than this?” the next therapist in line ranks equal or better! I would recommend to anyone and wish I could rank them a 10.

This place is amazing for PT services! Huge shoutout to Spencer and Philip for being amazing while working with my jaw! They are the best. After 7 months I finally graduated today, and I really couldn't have done it without them! I used to not be able to eat chewy food, but now I can eat pretty much whatever! Cannot say enough good things about them.

I love the people at this location, they are very friendly and professional. The reason for my three stars are for billing. Be aware as I was not aware, how much they were billing my insurance company for therapy due to a accident I was in. I was billed $800 pre visit, this is absolutely degrading to take advantage of people in their time of need. I’ve been charged over $10,000 for 11 visits. This has hurt my accident case, as the gentleman said before in his review, you are sharing a therapist with 2-3 other people so there is no complete one on one time with anyone. I feel taking advantage of, this is GREED at its best. I will not EVER be returning or recommend anyone due to their billing practices. * PLEASE BE AWARE, you will be charged at least $700-$800 pre visit!! You will share a therapist with 2-3 other people. This does not help your accident case but hurts it.. I had no idea.. Hopefully I’ve helped someone make a better decision about their treatment *

I had an appointment today. The communication was horrible. I don’t like to waste my time and gas. PT Solutions Of Decatur please do better. This is truly unacceptable.

Saw PT Solutions for a grade 2 ankle sprain. I was able to get an appointment immediately upon referral and always at a the time I needed from then on. I saw Mike and Spencer and both provided excellent care! I always felt like I was being challenged but not overworked. They were always quick to answer any questions I had in a way that made it easy to understand and were excellent at educating me about the exercises and how to avoid injuring my ankle in the future. Shout out to Kivia at the front desk for being positive, upbeat and smiling at 8am every morning! I am leaving PT stronger than I was before my injury! This is a fabulous practice and I highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at PT Solutions in Decatur. I saw a number of physical therapists during the course of my treatment and all of them were knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and super-helpful. The front desk staff were fantastic as well, always greeting you by name with a smile. I highly recommend this facility and will go back there again if I need any physical therapy in the future.

Spencer Baron is an incredible physical therapist. He helped me get past chronic pain that affected my quality of life, and taught me how to keep the pain at bay in the future. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend PT Solutions of Decatur!

Decent PT's for the most part, though lots of turnover as these are mostly folks doing their residency and then they move on, but the worst of is their absolutely outrageous billing practices. This place billed my insurance an average of $700 PER VISIT. Note that you are almost always sharing your therapist with 2 other patients during the same hour, so you get about 10-15 minutes of actual one-on-one attention during your appointment, if that, as the therapist is also spending part of the time updating records in the computer. And, even though I paid my copay at every single visit, my deductible has been met, and my insurance paid everything but $125 of this outrageous bill of nearly $6000 for 8 visits, they still expect me to cough up the remaining $125 balance. Completely absurd. P.S. When you pay at the actual facility - at least at the Decatur, GA facility - it takes the desk people about 10-15 minutes to actually process your card; for some reason their payment software is some bizarre system that requires them to jump through a bunch of hoops to process a simple payment. I am switching to a private PT who charges $125/hour AND I get one-on-one sessions from him.
