I have been meaning for about a week to leave this review, but between preparing to move and the holidays it has continually slipped my mind. However, I was assisted by Susie upon my experience with this location. Sweetest lady ever, very detailed, friendly, knowledgeable and overall so very helpful. She toured me around the complex to have a visual look at the storage sizing, gave her personal best opinions and was just very warm and welcoming. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Some people can be very grumpy and mean and make the moving process even more stressful than it already is, but she definitely deserved 100 stars if it was possible to do so. Keep being great and your honest sweet self. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Please give her a raise, she really deserves it!

Susie was absolutely amazing and super sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, management no longer allows them to post a sign up when they are out of office or out to Lunch, requiring you to call corporate to see if someone is actually there. If I had known she was simply out to lunch I would have had no problem waiting for her to come back.

Susie and Melony were extremely helpful in assisting me move someone else’s storage unit out. Susie got me verified to do so and communicated thoroughly during the two day process. Highly recommend this location!

So disappointed with the service at this location. Very unprofessional. I paid online in advance for a storage with a move-in date of the 28th. I ended up not needing it, so I moved out on the same day, took my payment off recurring payments and called to inform Public Storage that I didn’t need the space and would like a refund. I was fine with the $29 non-refundable administrative fee even though I and the computer programming technically did the administrative work. I was told it would be a couple days. Six days later, I get an email saying I had just moved out and I was being refunded for the lock only. Of course I called and Public Storage took care of everything, but this location will never get my service again.

Won an auction online before i got to the location I spoke with Susie on the phone she had everything ready. Once i arrived to the location she walked me over the the unit and explained the process very quick and easy appreciate your help!!!!

susie was very helpful i needed to transfer to a bigger space once i entered the building she greeted me with a hello and a smile . she helped me by giving me a cart with wheels because i’m injured at the moment and needed assistance. Thank you susie !

I really appreciate Melanie’s help this morning. I was drained from moving this weekend and she was patient, clear and considerate with me. Even after I asked her the same question 5 times! I really like the customer experience provided to me today and also the fact that you can use gate access from your phone is super convenient. I will definitely be renting here again! Thank you!
