I was helped by Jaz at this location. She answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with. She serves as a great representation for this company. Due to her knowledge I was able to decide on this location.

Jazz was so helpful when I called about the price increase. She told me that she would help me get a temporary extension on my current price for my storage unit. And she did.

Had a small issue but the young lady who helped me named jazz was so helpful and kept a positive attitude on top of my frustration but it did work out thanks for all your help .

During a stressful 12 hr drive from FL to GA, we arrived at Public storage and were very pleased with the customer service, Passion provided. She was knowledgeable, helpful and made things easy for us. She went above and beyond. I ran out of water and asked if there were any machines around where I can purchase some. There was nowhere I could buy a bottle but she gave me her unopened bottle.I thought that was so sweet! Thank you again for making my day better! You’re awesome, Passion

don't normally do reviews. But when you come across great customer service, it's appreciated and needs to be acknowledged. Ms Brooks went above and beyond in order to address all of my questions and concerns. Both professional and courteous. She has followed up and close the loop on all transactions I've had with her.. As long as I know she's there I feel that my property is in good hands. Just want to say thank you and customer service like that is truly appreciated.
