Worst management ever, Carla had no clue how to deal with business or people. VERY RUDE. She said to call to meet her there to take care of business I drove forty miles picked up my handicapped father in law because she said we both needed to be there waited 40 minutes and 3 messages to a no show by her. PATHETIC.
Carla was great today and convinced me to stay after I wanted to leave because of the price increase. She went above and beyond and I appreciate her help so much!
