You will need to rent storage because New Orleans has too much corrupt landlords. The online reservation and app are great. The locker space is on the first floor but a bit creepy. Customer service is excellent.

Extremely helpful employees. I went in asking about a unit and Ashleigh and Rocky were so helpful. They helped me find a unit in the size I needed at a nearby property that fit my budget. Highly recommend.

Rocky Was very helpful with doing paying my bill

Some units have bugs. The light in our storage unit did not work. Very pricey at 138 a month. They continued to automatically charge my card for 2 months after we closed out. Took a few phone calls to get that corrected.
