Came today to finish my reservations two young ladies helped me out and were very kind and understanding and guided me through the process and were very explanatory they didn’t make me feel dumb and answered all my questions . The paperwork didn’t take long less than 10 mins. To look at the rental took another 10 and to get everything explained was another ten .
I can into this location looking for a climate control unit and Latoya was professional and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Great and smooth experience. Highly recommended.

I must say that Miss Lisa at this location has been very helpful amongst other good qualities since I started renting here. Always informative regardless of the situation. Always has a smile on her face; even made me feel a little better on my last visit. Big thumbs up!
Tonya was so helpful in transferring me to a bigger unit and made the process easy. She made sure I saw the space and knew the best way to get in and that my gate codes worked. She was lovely and I can tell she cares about doing the best job that she can!
Latoya made this experience so easy for us..she got us in and out..and I'm so grateful that we found this place...
