Dimetrease helped me on 6/24 and was extremely helpful and efficient! The storage units themselves are alright. There’s a spider problem in block D that I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone about, but it’s nothing some Raid can’t fix. The unit I rented was emptied from the previous tenant, but it wasn’t given any pest treatment from what I could tell.
I came through during lunch break and still got excellent service. This location has a good track record of security, keep it up

I had a billing issue left over from December and Dimetrease was incredibly understanding and quick to ensure that the issue was resolved. I can tell he really cares about the customers best interest!

This place is great. Honestly it may be better now with contactless service. I was sent my gate code around 11pm the night before my move in date. The lock was in my unit and everything was ready upon my arrival and I handled payments in my account online. I spoke with Demetrius upon arrival and he was very helpful, even on his day off! Thanks for making moving easier!
