I had an issue with the rate increase. Spoke with the Renee and the DM, who were both very nice and helpful. Considered vacating, but because of their assistance I was able to get my rate lowered. Establishing me as a customer for years to come.

Highly recommend coming too this storage place . Manager Renee was so helpful ! I was asking a lot of questions and she was just so patient and had all the answers to them. I can really tell she’s a very hard worker and loves her job. Thank You, I’ll be back !!

I just moved room town a month ago and was experiencing a hard day, but when I got there the manger Renee was great help to me! She was a true blessing for helping me figure out the right size I needed down to helping me move my bed into the storage! The customer service from the team there was beyond great! Highly recommended
