Public Utilities Commission

Well I do not believe that the Public Utilities Commission does a very good job. They work at the pleasure of NV Energy. They are allowing the Utility to Hoard energy, thus forming an Enron type situation with which all the rate payers in the State of Nevada will be at the mercy of these greedy Executives who look forward to bonuses every Christmas at the expense of rate payers who can ill afford it. As a 'regulated monopoly' NV Energy was sued by the FTC for making 'too much' in profit for the years ending in 2012 and 2013, plus they have not paid taxes in 15 years, but their lawyers claim this practice is 'perfectly legal', well I for one, would like to see them explain this to a Federal Judge. We have made a significant investment in our Solar Panels, yet when I called NV Energy to complain all I got were instructions as to how to 'disconnect' my panels and go back to the Grid. Never. It is my desire to see to it that NV Energy is sued beyond recompense, and the members of the Public Utilities Commission who decided in their favor be put in jail, along with the Governor that appointed them. This smells of cronyism, you should all be very ashamed of yourselves.. Hopefully Satan's waiting for you.

The PUC is 3 people that were appointed to screw Nevada's residents. It's time for Sandoval to fix his mistake of giving the PUC to much power in 2015 and fire all 3 of them!!
