This store is kept very neat, but smaller than other Publix stores I've been to in town. Had a little bit of everything I needed..but not as many brands as I'm used to finding. I had an awesome shopping experience there the other day. The person who was cleaning carts was very polite, and went out of his way to make sure my cart was cleaned. I found everything I was looking for and many employees greeted me in different areas of the store. After shopping, I decided to order one of their famous sub sandwiches in the deli and the employee, Brandon was very knowledgeable about all that they offered. He even suggested a Boars Head sliced buffalo chicken that I absolutely am glad I tried. Brandon had a smile on his face the entire time. Then at check out, its always nice to have a cashier who actually seems to like being at work. My cashiers name was Brock, and he was so respectful. He referred to me as ma'am each time he addressed me. Great customer service indeed. I loved my experience in Publix today.
Publix have took, a very deep nose dive, in customer service, there's no more, great service , when it come to this location, especially. Let's start with management and leadership, they give you, unwelconiness, nasty attitude and the lies they tell to cover up their mistakes. This is the worst location and poor management, I have experience
This is THE absolute worst Publix I've ever found. Ordered 2 tenders subs online, showed up early and by pickup time, the guy tells me "it's still gonna be 15-20 minutes." Then close to an hour after the order was placed, I ask when it's gonna be ready as everyone else is having their food made already, and informed me there's no more tenders. I'm so grateful I didn't pay online. Don't waste your time here.
I'm originally from the Northeast. It is well known that you can't get a hoagie worth while in any other region than PA, NJ, NY. What might not be well known is that Publix is the only spot in the South that can come close to it. This specific spot was legit the best hoagie of all Publix and South. Wish I would've took a picture. Perfect hinge and roll. I promise.
Hit and miss on many items. Too small to be a true grocery store, too large and incorrectly stocked to be a convenience store. It’s a constant roll of the dice AND has high Publix prices. Sheesh.
Very convinent location. It's right off i85 which makes it very accessible and always a good idea to stop by on the way to or back from work. Friendly staff seem always open to answer questions such as where certain items are. Never had any negative experiences here.
This publix is always fresh and clean. However, do not go to the deli for lunch, WARNING your lunch will be over by the time you order and receive your food. Management will have several cashiers in the front and 2 or3 people in the deli moving slow as molasses. Please do better!
This is a relatively small Publix with a narrower selection than most. I find the store layout awkward and confusing so it always takes me longer to get a handful of items than I'd like. Parking lot layout is also a bit awkward.
Nothing special about this store, however neat & clean better than other stores nearby.
Usually, I prefer Publix over other stores; this public is not the best. There are a few friendly employees and I believe that they have made some changes, but during covid, this guy took it too far with a big sign on their door," No mask no service." really? This was stupid and over the top.
