Pharmacy Techs are rude and inconsiderate of customer needs. When you ask Pharmacy to assist with prescription transfers they are unhelpful and tell you to get your provider to send a new prescription to Publix. After asking for Pharmacy Manager to assist she was just as rude and unhelpful. Told me my prescription would be transferred from Costco to Publix in 48 hours. It’s been well over two weeks and the prescription has still not been transferred. This is the worst Publix Pharmacy I have ever encountered and definitely not indicative of the Superior customer service that Publix is known for. For a lack of better words this Pharmacy is “Ghetto” and the workers are lazy, unhelpful, and could careless about the customers medical needs. Horrible service and I cannot believe Publix let’s it’s continue. My next step is a letter to Publix Corporate Office.
What a disappointment this pharmacy was! My husband had just come home from surgery and needed medication. When I went to pick it up, I was told they had not received the request. I called the medical provider back and was told that she had left it as a voicemail. It was there; they just hadn't checked. Then after waiting an hour until they closed, I got the prescription and went home to discover they had given me only one of the two prescriptions. By now they were closed. There were 5 people working there at the time; I expected much more.
Well, first I noticed how clean and well stocked it is. It was very crowded the prices are a bit higher but I guess you get what you pay for, compared to to other community grocery stores and shopping giants. I love how fresh and clean the meats looked and after buying some I was quite pleased. The parking was awful but it was a ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. 4 Stars
Price was wrong for the soup for the woman in front of me. They held us up for 15 minutes to give her the sales price she deserved. They should have just said we are sorry and gave her the soup for free since it was their mistake. Publix, do better!
I just love going to Publix and this place is simply another example. They aspire to achieve excellence when it comes to customer satisfaction. We know Glenwood Road is known for many things but this store is one of the good things about that street. I enjoy their Sub so much because it is almost the same no matter what store you go to.
I love Publix, always have. Their meats are always red which to me means fresh. They're a little expensive but I trust the quality of their fruits, vegetables and meats. The staff is always courteous, you can't beat that. Christmas is better at Publix, they get you in and out. The parking is one of the reasons I shop at Publix one way in and one way out. Less chance of an accident.
I used to love this pharmacy but they have gone WAAAAAY downhill. The last straw was the pharmacy canceling the prescription my Dr called in because "codeine cough syrup is available OTC." It most certainly isn't. Then, the pharmacist told me that I needed a prescription for needles. I've been buying needles for years without a script. And finally, they overcharged me for medication. I'm done.

Trying to find the organic veggies is like a blindfolded Easter egg hunt. And they don’t have some basic organic veggies like red onions and many are sold out whenever I’m there like lemons, limes, and cilantro. I hate that the organic apples have to be in plastic bags.
After a long morning at work. The young man whom made my sandwiches at Publix met me with am amazing spirit. We came up with a chant of Let's Get It. I was really tired so his positive attitude and energy put a smile on my face. Then the cashier whom took care of me along with the young man bagging my groceries made me feel still appreciated and wanted to come back to this store
