Puckett's Flooring

Our LVT floor failed due to a manufacturer issue. Puckett's worked with the manufacturer, and every square inch of LVT flooring in our home was replaced at no cost to us. Their installation team did a fantastic job as well. Couldn't be happier.

Puckett's removed carpet and installed laminate flooring in six rooms in our home and did an amazing job. Working with Kris on the phone was a pleasure; she was courteous, extra helpful and professional. Their clean up was impeccable, too. We highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

It was a welcoming environment with lots of samples to look at and our salesperson Cindie was very helpful and knowledgeable. We like several of the vinyl wood-like products and found many that were within our $4-5 per square foot budget. We will be visiting them again!!!

Vanessa was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer . She was patient with me while i made my selection. She even went as far as to check with her flooring provider on installation requirements because i live in a cold climate. Carlos loaded my truck and was very Courteous and careful when it came to my vehicle and with placement of the product. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you

Flooring is a huge investment and navigating the choices is daunting. We had many companies who provided us quotes for our flooring. Puckett's won our business and we couldn't be more pleased. Kris Dunn was our salesperson who was the picture of professionalism from the time that she entered our home, measured the space, provided the quote and stayed in touch throughout the process. The crew that was sent to remove the existing flooring, prep the floors and install the flooring was on time everyday, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and efficient. Special shout to the the crew lead, Jacob for his dedication. The product we selected luxury vinyl plank was installed properly, neatly and looks amazing. It is a rare thing these days to find a company that does what it says, Puckett's did from start to finish.

I had Puckett's do the wood like tile throughout my house and the results were great. The tile looks fantastic and is perfectly straight. When they were done they cleaned up well. Working with Scott from Puckett's was easy and overall I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

We used Scott Burhorn at Puckett's Flooring back in December 2019 for both our tile floor and the carpet. Both teams were absolutely phenomenal! They were very kind and positive and hard working. The tile floor and the carpet came out looking perfect. They cleaned up daily from the tile demo to the laying of the tile and the carpet. They were very competitive in their pricing. We would gladly recommend them!!

Peaks started to form 6 months after installation. Shame on me for not contacting them immediately, but chances are they wouldn’t have fixed the problem the right way. We contacted them after our 2 year warranty which we didn’t know existed. They told us it would cost $400.00 to be fixed and they definitely didn’t go out of their way to rectify the problem. After reading other reviews this is definitely a common trend. My house consists of my wife and I with no animals so there is little traffic over the carpet. We have not had them cleaned professionally since installation because we have kept them immaculately clean what they try to blame the peak formation on..... I should also mention that the installer slashed our brand new baseboards with his razor blade during installation. It was bad enough that we had to replace them. Long story short go through someone else if you don’t want to fix everything in your house.
