Called to make a first time appointment with a very rude lady.
She begins to get my information to make an appointment and asks for my address, this is where things go south.
I responded saying "i prefer not to give out my address" (i get enough mail, it's just not needed), she responded saying she can't make an appointment without an address, I replied ok it just don't be mine.
Rudely she said "well you'll need to find someone else" and hangs up on me!
Since when did withholding an address disqualify me for treatment that I am paying for? 
Simply crazy.
