Never answers phone for scheduling. Front desk reps let you wait on hold until it’s time for them to leave for the day. This Location doesn’t follow up like they say to schedule an appointment for CT Scans, xrays or follow up. Doctor seem to be nonchalant , and makes you feel almost rushed out of the clinic. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SECURE ABOUT A DR DECISIONS.

Was told they left a voice mail that they needed help getting my medical records,I never got it, they were not in my phone log either. They said they contacted the cardiologist and cpap company for records, , but both said they never called. They said they would call when they had the records which i got for them to make another appointment. 2 weeks later, I have been on hold now for over 30 minutes. Why should i trust my health to them?

Best practice in town. I got the best care. Is hard to find one you can trust w your allergies. They really care. —- Sadly was given 2 weeks notice that they aren’t providing allergy services anymore. Didn’t have enough time to find another allergy clinic - close to end of fiscal year some clinic aren’t accepting new patients.

filthy office: NP ignored all reality/medical history of 70 years of good health and no pulmonary issues...don't know where or how he got a degree or credentials...see a REAL doctor is my advice and avoid this know nothing

I had to take my mother to this location the intake/receptionist has a nasty attitude…Will definitely be putting in a complaint. It wasn’t just towards my mother it was to every elderly person that was in there just rude, impatient & nasty attitude!!!

Late late late. 8am appointment and office opened at 8:10. Can't register because the front desk isn't here. We have things to do people. It is unprofessional and disrespectful to your patients. Staff are nice but this DOES NOT make up for their disregard for patients time. I will say Dr. Lee is excellent!! He listens to your concerns.

The office staff was rude and they didn’t ask for any information till an hour after we arrived. The a nurse practitioner was extremely arrogant & condescending. Never again will we go to that office.

My husband saw Dr. Orvello today and the appointment was wonderful. Dr. Orvello spent a great deal of time explaining everything. Ordered more tests of course but prescribed things that will help the situation. Has a great bedside manner. We really liked him and feel confident with him.

Terrible experience. Arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment two and a half hours later I go up to the window and ask why? The guy said I'm next. NO I was not next. I left never seeing a doctor. Will not return there. Southwest Medical find another pulmonary company.

Zero stars really! Staff are rude especially billing department. Asking to pay a copay and have never received treatment. My insurance already paid for it. They are very unprofessional and they make you sign something but tell you a different thing. This office is a fraud.
