They barely answer the phone but after 6 weeks of trying to go here i finally made It The kids had a blast , only concern i had was they allow way too many kids at a time for open play they should split the kids in the 2 rooms So many kids got hurt because they were way too crowded Also there was some really older kids maybe 12-15 yrs old who were literally rough housing so bad i would watch them pounce all over the toddlers there. Very unsafe All n all It seemed clean, the staff was nice but seem over whelmed.
Place is overpriced, inflatables on their last leg, and the manager was extremely rude. I never received more attitude from someone there to assist customers. Guess I interrupted her sitting in the back. And last but not least DONT waste your money on the crane machines they’re a scam. The highly advertised grand prize isn’t a prize at all. You will be told that there is no prize upon winning. The manager told me my complaint wasn’t a big deal and dismissed me. Every single thing in this place cost money. Your party will play in complete silence unless you pay for music. Your party should expect to order your own food because they make you order from a third party pizza place. If you’re thinking about hosting a party here hit back space and look at the other vastly better inflatable places in the area. I came back to edit review because I found out the managers name. The Manager SHIRELY WAS THE RUDEST MANAGER I EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE
This place is so clean, SO fun for kids, so well ran for birthday parties. I was overall really impressed from start to finish. My last review was from 2 years ago. I wanted to add that my kids had a great, great time today at the jump with the Easter Bunny. That Easter Bunny could not have been cuter with the kids. I can’t express enough how pleased we were with the experience our girls had. He was incredibly patient with the insane amount of hugs and high fives. He danced, he played Simon Says, he even had a catch with the kids. This was a last second decision to sign up for this event, and I’m so glad we did. Thank you wonderful Easter Bunny!! And thank you Pump It Up. You never disappoint.
Great place for kids to have fun and get them involved in moving and bouncing around. This place had excellent service and they have time management down to a science! We moved from room to room with no problem, and ended up in the party room at the end.
This place is super dirty. Omg! I was so shock to see what I saw. I walked into the lobby and it was ok looking, but the party rooms, that was a completely different story. The toys were so BLACK and looked like they were found in the dumpster. The bounces were also dirty and held together with layers and layers of tape! I paid $600 for my children and their friends to play in this mess! My stomach was so upset. I asked to speak to a Manger about this and they told me they passed state inspection so nothing could be done. They held my child's gift in the back until I paid. Which confused me because I never said I was not going to was pay. The pizza included in the package was not enough for the 12 children, as promised! They said it will be 2 slices per kid. All they did was double and triple cut a standard 8 sliced pie pizza. The pizza was purchased by an outside vendor and so we weren't able to order more. Most of the children didn't even get to eat. The mascot was a joke. The suit was torn and horrible looking! Omg I am just horrified by this place and the lack of care.
My kid had a birthday party here. He and his friends had a ball. How the activities were structured was great. It kept the kids active the whole two hours. The employees were very organized and helpful. I think the only problem I ran into was an employee became very over whelmed. Because I had a big party and then another customer in another room had a party. So there were like 3 people that was covering the multiple parties. So the employee was visibly upset and frustrated. So I think that pump it should consider having more staff on deck when there are big parties happening. 2. And in the play areas the doors were not labeled. So kids were wondering around from my party and the other persons party and merging into the others play area. So the employees were also trying to keep the kids in the correct play area. I was all over the place trying to make sure things were right, etc. Some the parents approached me and told me what was going on... but when I went back there all the kids were headed in to eat. Overall I loved the experience despite the little hiccups. I
This place can really be a 5 star venue. IF, the prices aren’t so high and the inflatables weren’t held together with taped and a lot of it. I celebrated my grandsons birthday here and it was highly recommended from a friend that attended a party there. The pricing is OUTRAGEOUS. They only gave my guests 10 minutes to decide and place an order for food from and outside pizzeria and the pizza wasn’t the best. If the guests have to order out, I think we should at least have a longer ordering window and have more options aside of what they make us choose from. I had 2 two characters attend the party to match the theme that they charge WAY too much for as an “Add-On and the kids were scared at first, but they warmed up. Why…..because the costumes were horrible. For what they charge for characters, they should look the part. Though, the staff that were inside were VERY social and partied with the kids, making them feel comfortable. I LOVED the fact they provide private parties, that’s the main reason I chose to go with them! Overall the services were a 6/10! I just wish things were worth the price we as customers are paying!
They do a good job, pretty easy for bdays they provide most of the stuff, do the cleanup
This place is AWESOME. First time going there but theonly thing that sucks is NO ADULTS ALLOW in the bounce houses slide lol but the kids they HAD A BLAST and now sleeping.
It's ok The music is almost always too loud. They allow too many people in at a time and the small play rooms are overcrowded. But the kids have a good time and that's what matters.
