Very fun and the one helping us was very kind and helpful, there was zero problem with reserving or going into the the next room.

Went to a birthday party here and there was a ton of stuff for the kids to play on. They never got bored and could have played all day If we let them. Great place to have your kids party.

The kids seem to have fun, but an hour of bouncing at a birthday party is crazy. The employees are usually fun and personable, but they were a little drained late on a Sunday afternoon. It must have been a busy weekend.
