Pump It Up of Newport

My son and his friend 3 & 5 had a blast. This was their first time and we will definitely be back. The staff was friendly and it was very clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was a little warm where the bounce houses were. Other than that, great price and atmosphere!

Good for all ages. As a mother I appreciate that the equipment is kept in one huge room so it's easy to keep an eye on your children. Sometimes it's a little much for my youngest who is 2. He just gets ran over when its crowded but, kids are kids. Staff is great. Wish the sessions were longer for the price but I'll definitely continue to bring my children here.

My kids love this place. They do a good job of keeping parties separate, and accommodating needs. They keep the place pretty clean, too, but the bathrooms can get bombed because of the number of kids. I recommended having everyone go before you come. Remember that kids have to wear socks, and I highly recommend light pants and long sleeves, too, to prevent rug burns. The front desk is great about providing band aids if you ask, but I think it wouldn't have been an issue at all if my daughter had just worn sleeves.

Only posting from my experience as a parent who took their child to a party there. The scheduled times flowed smoothly. The place had nice staff and cool inflatables. Kids had a blast plus the parents were able to mingle and have plenty if space. The party room was a great size and had a big birthday chair which was neat. Kids were engaged and the inflatables were in good shape.

We had a great time wish it could have been longer. The kids can't wait to return

If I could have given this place no stars I would have. This location should be closed. The “play area” is underwhelming and filthy. Their systems were slow and we didn’t get to sign the safety waiver. Three bounce houses in a huge room and a couple of dirty building blocks. It’s not even worth the 10 that they charge for it. It smells like dirty feet as soon as you walk in. The carpet is dirty the bounce houses are dusty and beat up. The water fountains are broken and there are pitchers of water sitting on top of them with cups. The workers act like they don’t like kids. How do you work at a children’s facility and spend the entire time leaning against one of the bouncy houses grimacing as if this job is the worst part of your day? At one point my kids were wandering around and more interested in messing with a broken item they’d found in the 2nd play area. We left mid play well before it was over and don’t plan to return. Horrible horrible location. The New Jersey locations are much better and worth the drive! You’ve been warned.

Held my sons birthday party there and it was an awful experience. I should have seen the red flags when they sent an email out to take $100 off a weekday party package but when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. We when arrived, we had to sign in manually because “the system was down”. The staff just sat at the front when we arrive and yelled over to our group when it was time to watch the safety video. We didn’t see them again until it was time to switch rooms. When we did switch to the next room, the trash was overflowing onto the floor. We finally move to the party room and had to wait for our host. She didn’t show up for some time so I began pouring drinks for the kids and trying to get them to eat by giving out pizza. The host finally did arrive and started pouring water. She got an attitude with my daughter when she asked juice instead of water. Her aunt overheard this interaction and said something to the host and the host then got confrontational with my daughters aunt! We asked for the host to be removed from the party. We were never apologized to. When we left, the same girl was sitting there shredding papers ? and of course the internet was out so they could send me the receipt. SAVE YOUR MONEY! There are other places in the area that you can go to that are much better. Side note - there’s a rumor that they are up for sale or going out of business and it shows

I rated this 3 stars because it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. I had my son's 5th birthday party here. It's a little small and not so organized. There was no music playing, no place for parents to sit while children okay. The staff could be a little more friendly and upbeat, as well.

Had a birthday party here. It was very easy, only had to bring the cake. They took care of the organization, pizza, juice, and balloons. We spent 35 minutes each in the 2 bounce rooms and 50 minutes in the party room for food and gifts. It was a good time!

All of the staff members with the exception of the supervisor/floor manager were very rude. Their attitudes were terrible, they were absolutely no help at all. The staff stood and complained throughout the whole party. I overheard two staff members being very rude and subjective toward my party guest throughout the whole party also making gestures under their breath as if no one could hear them. I will never come to this particular site again and would not recommend that anyone have any form of a party at this specific location. The kids enjoyed themselves which is all that matters. Please train your staff members ASAP, the floor and restroom especially were filthy. Staff members spent more time talking about others then actually doing their job.
