I go here for breakfast sandwiches. Five star

I've been going here since they open. Food is good. They make a good cup of coffee.

I seen a mouse in the bagels and the owner was very nasty when I informed him about it. After being asked to leave I waited outside to see if the bagels were thrown out but they weren’t.

The food is great here, and that's the most important thing to me. I don't understand the 1-star reviews based on rudeness, etc. What kind of kindness/conversation are you looking for from your cashier? If you find yourself consumed by anger by curt service at a bagel shop in NYC, look inwards, don't vent with 1-star reviews.

My staff and I we order all the time from this place. The guy is super rude when something comes wrong I guess he can’t take responsibility for the mistakes. A a real man owns up to his mistakes. Bagel toasted means bagel burned! Bad customer service all around. Sadly this place is still up and running.
