They would not let me in, saying that as I was too late. The doors were still wide open, and they had clearly started the class before 4pm. The woman at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful. Was so excited to return to Pure Barre and I cannot believe how awful my experience was.
The union square location is a good one with spacious studio and changing rooms! Love the people there too. The workout is amazingly good for toning your body. Some place you will want to keep going back.
Pure barre is great! The staff are always friendly and the instructors are very helpful and hands-on. There are lockers with keys, 3 changing rooms, 2 bathrooms, towels, and filtered water.
Great! Sheri is an amazing instructor. Must try!
LOVE! My go to work out
Just had the worst experience of any workout facility in NYC. Disgusting customer service, front desk staff publicly shaming consumers for injuries that require extra help. Embarrassed for this establishment.
