Had hair and makeup done for a wedding. The makeup came out great and the girls were nice but the hair stylist was so rude. The had no experience in the extensions I had and the entire time I was in her seat she talked bad about them and kept saying how she didn’t understand them. They were keratin infused extensions for reference. We were told to wash our hair the day before and not out product in however I did put a little heat protectant in mine bc I got curls and I told her this when I sat down and she rolled her eyes. When she was done she didn’t ask how I liked it or say I was done, she pointed up with her hand and said “next”. Joann is wonderful and does an awesome job with color, highlights, and haircuts. Love going to her. Still true

I went in for highlights 3 weeks ago. I still cannot blow dry my hair and have to use a conditioning mask daily to be able to brush it due to damage. I explained my concerns over the phone when making the appointment and during the appointment. After the highlights were finished and Hannah dried my hair I could see breakage and frizz immediately. I was sold some really horrible oil product that did nothing but cost $25-$30 and they told me to get a good conditioner. I chose this salon due to the reviews and the FB post of stylist doing highlights. I am so disappointed that I voiced my concerns and they still chose to do the highlights without any certainty of the outcome. I've had stylist who charged much less not damage my hair.

Miss Joann does a wonderful job on my hair, the salon is always clean, and the ladies working there are sweet and friendly. I find their prices to be affordable and Joann will help you ease into a new look, like bangs, if you are scared of change like me, lol!
