The staff here are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They have a machine that images the feet and helps inform skate purchasing.
Best skate buying experience I've ever had with Bret. If it seems like they are under staffed it's because their employees have an enormous breadth of knowledge and often a lifetime of hockey experience so the service is world class, if slow at times.
Went to get my seven year old some skates to start hockey. Sam took his time working with my boy and made sure we were in the skates best suited for him. Came back to get myself some skates and again Sam was exceptional at making sure I was comfortable before leaving. Everybody is extremely nice each time we go in. Thanks guys
Had everything. Sam helped me find exactly what I was looking. He tactfully educated me on the new products/technology. The combination of variety and expertise was ideal.
Staff was amazing and friendly. We came bc our airline lost my daughter Hockey Stick and they assisted immediately with great suggestions.
3 stars cause at least it's a hockey store in Maryland. Otherwise the selection is weak. Barely any good right handed sticks. All grip sticks and mostly high end stuff. Not worth the drive if it's more than 30 minutes away. Goto your local skate shop or play again sports
Everyone there was nice and helped me pick out my new pair of skates, and were very quick to sharpen them
Love the staff as they were helpful but not too pushy or following you around, they let you do you! Also the store seems a little bit quiet for its size, but that is mostly based because of the hockey fan base in the Rockville area which is averagely small.
