Story

Mission: When PIC Founder Matt purchased his first home roaster in 2010, he had no idea that fresh roasted coffee would become his life’s passion. Matt’s goal is to provide coffee drinkers of all kinds with fresh high quality offerings across a range of taste profiles. Roasting with a personal commitment to each small batch, PIC is able to create robust and lively flavor profiles in all our coffee.

Sources: ­Our goal is to offer you varieties from each coffee-producing region in the world, farmed with a focus on environmental sustainability. Most of our coffee is Organic certified, and many are Fair Trade. We often support small community lot or microlot farms to bring you rare and interesting coffees you won’t find anywhere else.

Education: Creating educational conversation is part of our mission at Pure Intentions Coffee. From hosting coffee tastings at our roastery, to formal brew-method trainings for our wholesale customers, we are dedicated to sharing our knowledge and are always striving to learn more.

Community: Great coffee brings a community together and strengthens the bond between us. Great coffee shouldn’t be intimidating or restricted to a niche of specialists. Pure Intentions Coffee is dedicated to getting great coffee into your hands – no matter how you enjoy it.
