Dip manicure was absolutely ruined within a week. I’ve come before and it lasted at best 10 days, which is still awful for a powder manicure especially when I’ve had other manicures last 4-5 weeks at other salons, but was in a pinch and wanted to give them one more try. This was a new low…unfortunately will have to spend my money elsewhere moving forward.

They didn’t cap the free edge of my pedicure, so it looks extremely janky and unprofessional, and will start to chip in about 2 days. Cash only. There was no massage with the spa pedicure. Who doesn’t do a massage with a spa pedicure??!! Wanted to give this place 5 stars so badly. The foot soak was warm and the lemon scrub was very nice.

I came here twice and both times my nails completely crumbled. I have been getting SNS for over 5 years, so I know how it should hold up. I’ve gone so long as 4.5 weeks between sets, but I regularly get them done every 3 weeks. Nevertheless, my set at Pure Nails broke within a week. It’s very upsetting when my nails break because these are my real nails, and I work hard to grow them out. The biggest problem with this establishment is that it is cash only. The second time I came, I forgot to get cash. The manager was kind enough to let me pay via Apple Pay, but she claimed I had to pay tax which doesn’t make sense because you are getting your money instantly. I paid and the total was much higher than I expected $100 for a polish change on my feet and dip manicure+ tax. I didn’t leave a tip because the total was much higher than I expected, but the owner/manager kept pressuring me to leave a tip. It was very uncomfortable. Then to make matters worse, my manicure didn’t even last. It’s so frustrating to go to a nail salon where the manicure doesn’t last, the prices are high my designs were $10 per nail!, and the payment options are inconvenient. I went on the recommendation of my mother and pictures I’ve seen from their Instagram account. Contacted them at first for an appointment but was told walk-ins are welcomed. They ONLY accept cash so ensure to bring cash. I was serviced by Ming for a hard gel refill. She removed my old set before applying the new one. Her nail care service cleaning and cutting cuticles was better than some of the images I’ve seen. Personally I was not happy how she applied the gel as there are some areas that the gel color is light/missing. Or it does not look like a natural set as the gel is 1cm from my cuticle. She applied the gelish foundation then placed my hand under the UV/led light. Next were 2 separate coats of the gel color—this is where sections were missing or light then followed by the hard gel. Once this cured/dried she placed the remover liquid to ensure the stickiness was off my nail then placed a hot towel followed by lotion. I forgot to mention she ask how long/short I preferred my nail and once she removed my old set she had me wash my hands at the sink. Also I would suggest you make an appointment depending on the time you show up. Within 15-min of sitting/waiting there was an influx of people that showed up which pushed all service wait time to 40-minutes!

Pure Nail is the best and always provides the best experience! Jessie the owner is so sweet along with all of the technicians. They are so kind, gentle and welcoming every time I visit which is about every 5 weeks. I highly recommend checking them out. You will not be disappointed with their talent and their prices.

They staff was fast and kind. They had many options to choose from. I wanted gel extensions because I cannot maintain my natural nails. I wanted simple French. The nails came out chunky and misshaped. The French line was crooked on some nails and perfect on others. The total was $90 for this service. I am unsure if I’ll be getting this service by them again. I still tipped but I am very disappointed with my nails.Services: Nail art

There is nothing and I mean NOTHING bad for me to say about this place. I started going here back in 2006, stayed going for 10 years, moved away, stopped going and recently moved back to the neighborhood and picked back up again. The quality of service is outstanding. Jessie the owner is gracious, does quality work and the atmosphere and cleanliness of the location is top notch. In the current pandemic they took on sterilizing each set of tools such that every customer is getting a new packet opened for them. Other salons are still using shady sterilization techniques just saying. When it comes to design and technique the latest trends are also incorporated. Even as I write this I know this is going to impact me because more people will now go here. And it's already crowded every time I go!! But I cannot say enough good things about this place!!
