Greg and Chris did an amazing job restoring our velvet couch after some mishaps with our kitten who was learning to use her litter box. They were fast and professional and the couch looks brand new!

After an unfortunate bad espresso spill that covered a substantial area of our new white art deco rug that we had recently purchased, my wife and I were in a panic. We tried in vain to clean it ourselves but nothing would work. We then decided to find a carpet cleaning company through Google. We saw that PureGreen had very high ratings and great reviews so we reached out to them. I called the number and a pleasant woman answered and helped calm us down immediately. She asked questions about the spill and took down all the relevant information. We were able to schedule an appointment in a few days to have an expert come and evaluate and clean the rug. When they arrived we were greeted by Tim, a very friendly , professional expert who examined the rug thoroughly, asked questions and listened to our concerns. We appreciated the fact that Tim immediately put on shoe covers as he stepped into the apartment. After assessing the stain, Tim thought it wise to take the rug back to their facility and clean it there. I agreed and then paid Tim in advance. Tim said that I would get a receipt a few minutes after he left. He then carefully moved our furniture aside and gathered the rug up and out he went. A few minutes later the text with the receipt arrived, just as he said it would. Because it was a very deep stain the rug was kept in their facility for several weeks. I called and checked in to see how it was going and the friendly rep on the phone explained that they were still treating it under UV lighting. I thought that was cool. Days later they texted us to inform us that the rug was clean and ready to be retuned! We were excited. We called and scheduled a time for the rug to be delivered. Tim arrived again, and this time he was joined by his coworker, Ariel, who was just as professional, considerate and friendly as Tim was. They moved the furniture out of the way and laid the clean, beautiful rug back in place. They then carefully moved back the furniture to the right spots, made some adjustments and our living room was back to being beautiful. I can’t tell you how pleased we are by the whole experience with Pure Green and their employees from start to finish. Thank you all so much and especially to Tim, Ariel, and the representative on the phone. Whenever our rugs or upholstery need cleaning in the future we will definitely be calling Pure Green. I am a repeat customer and I had a great experience with Greg. He was very thorough in assessing the stains on my couch and was able to remove all of the stains — even the ones that were several months old. Will definitely be using them again next time I need a cleaning!

We have a very large, heavy 10’ x 14’ rug that needed cleaning. It is a gorgeous rug and a family heirloom. After reading all of the reviews we decided on PureGreen to do the job. We are so glad we did!!! They responded immediately and came for the rug right away. Everything to do with this company has been fabulous. Communication, timeline, care, rug removal from under all of our bedroom furniture and putting the rug back in our living room - everything went so smoothly. Tim was so amazing for both removal and return of our rug and he deserves very high praise. I would hire him in a NY minute anytime! Moved into my first NYC rental and it had a couch with a lot of stains and grime. Called this company cause of their ratings and did not disappoint. It was a bit expensive coming from someone who lived out of state but for here seemed reasonable for the quality of work. Luis was friendly, professional and very efficient. Pics are before and directly after cleaning so it still has some lightening to do but looks waaaay better!
