Puritan Flood Restoration was extremely professional, helpful and most of all, very sensitive to how disturbed I was when my home was flooded. Paul, came out ASAP, he was very helpful and considerate. He sent his crew out immediately and removed loads of carpet and padding, set up dryers and humidifiers, opened walls and baseboards and treated for mold. His crew came out daily to check on progress and Paul really went out of his way to comfort me. This company is one of the best, I can't say enough about Puritan. I've dealt with big corporate Restoration companies in the past and my experience and confidence was much different. If you are devistated and need a high quality company, call Puritan immediately.

Everything you could want in a contractor and more. The expertise and workmanship was excellent, Paul's responsiveness was amazing and his oversight of the team was impeccable. All at a very reasonable price. After our project was finished, Paul went above and beyond to help us figure our the source of another problem, even though it was not work that he would take on. Talk about a great company, these guys know what they are doing and went out of their way to help my wife and I. Our home was flooded with sewage and I was able to talk to Paul on Thursday night regarding clean-up, his crew was out on Friday morning to start the remediation process.
